Edwardsville Community Foundation

The City of Edwardsville, in partnership with the Edwardsville Community Foundation, invites you to participate in "A Better Place to Play" – an opportunity for you to have an impact on the future of recreation in this wonderful community.

Edwardsville Community Foundation is a key supporter of many community projects. Some of the most recent examples are: the Wildey, the Fountain in City Park, and the Rotary Playground in Township Park (Airplane Park). These projects were made possible by the funds management and donation advantages provided by Edwardsville Community Foundation and its 501(c3) status. Once again, Edwardsville Community Foundation is proud to be a partner in a great enrichment project. Help us support "A Better Place to Play".

For more information, please call (888) GO-GEACF or visit their website at www.edwardsvillefoundation.org.

Three new projects are in development for this fundraising effort. We encourage you to read about each project and make a donation of any amount to show your support. With each donation, we are making an investment in local parks and recreation. An investment in your community's parks and recreation program helps:

  • Strengthen our communities served by these new facilities
  • Provides more opportunities for area citizens to improve their health and build stronger family bonds
  • Combat the nation's leading cause of disease: obesity
  • Add to the quality of life of everyone regardless of age race or socioeconomics

Be a Major Donor

While any level of donation is appreciated, sponsorship levels are available to corporate sponsors or private citizens to help fund the development of these projects. All sponsorships and donations are tax deductible.
