The City of Edwardsville invites you to participate in “A Better Place to Play” – an opportunity for you to have a true impact on the future of recreation in this wonderful community we have all built together. Three projects are included in the development of this parks project, with the new Leon Corlew Park and Splash Pad being the first project completed. We encourage you to read more about each project below and make a donation of any amount to show your support. With each donation, we are making an investment in local parks and recreation and helping fund fun for everyone. An investment in your community’s parks and recreation program helps:

  • Strengthen our communities served by these new facilities
  • Provides more opportunities for area citizens to improve their health and build stronger family bonds
  • Combat the nation’s leading cause of disease: obesity
  • Adds to the quality of life of everyone, regardless of age, race or socioeconomics

Let’s face it: we could all use a little more fun in our lives. Let’s make our community “A Better Place to Play” today!
